“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” - John 3:16

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is be believing that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.” - Romans 10:9-10

You’re right! That’s literally ALL you have to do to go to heaven.

You don’t have to go to church every week. You don’t have to read the bible everyday. You don’t have to stop cussing. You don’t have to stop messing around with your significant other. You don’t even have to have to be straight. (I say this one because I think a lot of churches are making such a big deal out of nothing. A sin is a sin guys! Being gay is just as bad as telling a white lie) 

You don’t HAVE to do any of these things to go to heaven, they are simply things that will improve your relationship with God and, in essence, your life. “For whoever among you would love life and see good days must keep your tongue from evil and your lips from decietful speech.” - 1 Peter 3:10

You literally only have to believe in him.

Jesus talked about hell more than anyone in the bible (I think more than everyone combined…) because he didn’t want anyone to go there.
